Each villa’s private pool is treated for 18 hours every day, with added chlorine to ensure perfect hygiene and safety — so you can swim and relax with complete peace of mind.

Prefer to cook together with your loved ones? Our Project 1 large Pool Villa comes fully equipped with all the kitchen essentials you need for a fun and cozy meal experience.
In line with our social distancing policy, we deliver every meal freshly prepared right to your villa — so you can dine safely and comfortably in private.
For Project 3, every villa is equipped with a telescope for stargazing.
Every villa at The X10 Pool Villa Khaoyai is fully private and well-separated, giving you the space and peace you deserve. No shared areas — just your own private getaway.
We’re happy to welcome small pets — dogs, cats, and even birds! 🐶🐱🐦
For larger dogs, we’ll just need to check how playful they are first.
Please note that pets are not allowed in the pool. 💦

The X10 is a luxury private pool villa resort in Khao Yai, featuring fully private villas and the highest guest capacity in the area.
Very close to natural attractions such as the Hin Ngam Mineral Spring, Sunflower Fields, Strawberry Farms, and the Khao Yai National Park.
Also located just a short distance from 7-Eleven and the local market — one of the most conveniently situated resorts in the area.
Guests can enjoy making noise outdoors until 10:00 PM.
After that, you can continue your activities freely inside the villa throughout the night, as each villa is built with high-quality soundproof walls to ensure full privacy and comfort.
Every villa is equipped with a private BBQ grill — and yes, we also offer delicious Moo Krata (Thai BBQ hotpot) for you to enjoy right at your villa!
Children aged 0–3 stay for free.
Children aged 3–11 are charged at a special rate.
Children aged 12 and above are charged the same rate as adults.
